There are two VIP lounges at Marrakesh airport. Both are called Pearl Lounge. One is located in the departures terminal and the other is located in Arrivals. Is it better to pre-book?
You can take the chance to just gain access to the lounges by just turning up and hoping there is availability. Likely you will not be turned away. However during popular times the lounges do get quite busy. Also, the price is a lot more expensive! It is really advisable to pre-book your stay. That way it is not only cheaper, usually by 50%, but you are guaranteed entry.
Is paying for a lounge worth it?
To answer that question depends on a variety of factors that determine whether paying for these luxuries is worth the money. The single most important factor would be just how long you will spend in the lounge. If you have arrived at the airport 4 or 5 hours before your gate opens, then it would certainly be worth paying for VIP lounge access.
